Annual population projections – by single year of age & sex (instead of 5-year intervals and 5-year cohorts)
Household projections – across 20+ household types (rather than the usual 6-7 broad types provided)
Dwelling demand – annual dwelling requirement based on household growth and vacant dwellings that can benchmarked against local supply
Modelled births & deaths – supporting planning for schools, health & aged care
